| Don, I was wondering if I could mount a camcorder to the rollbar of my enduro car for the march race. I've seen it done on dirt cars, but wasn't sure if it would mess with the transponder, it shouldn't. Let me know if this is OK. I think this would make for a great laugh with friends. Thanks

| In the past we have let drivers put in camcorders to tape their race. Just make sure that the mounting is solid. The decision is not mine to make anymore, that is up to the race director and the tech guys. I just wanted to let them know that we have allowed it in the past.

| Lee - I spoke to Mike, our race director, and he has no problem with a camcorder in the car. He only asks that it be well secured in case of an accident. Please let us know if you need information on the mounting, securing or what the tech guys will look for. Thank you! |
